Job Description


  • Provide Level 1 & 2 Support for Wealth Bond Application.
  • Responsible for stability of production environments ensuring application and all interfaces exceeds availability SLA.
  • Responsible for Change Management – raise, verify, implement and support application change requests during night time or weekend green zones.
  • Collaborate closely with development team, interface technical teams and business users to investigate, test and implement fixes.
  • Follow escalation and reporting procedures of production issues and system downtime.
  • Own and coordinate between various internal and external teams to resolve complex issues and outages.
  • Ensure all deployments are properly documented.
  • Ensure accurate and timely incident and problem logging.
  • Track incidents and provide regular updates to users on the progress and status up to closure.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis and Regular Reporting to identify areas for review for improvement.


Job Requirements


  • More than 3 years Application Support Experience preferably in a Banking application.
  • Experience and proficiency in shell scripting (Linux).
  • Knowledge on SQL (MariaDB), Confluence, JIRA.
