Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic IT support to internal end-users
  • Escalate issues relating to systems, hardware, and software to L2 Support Team when required
  • Deliver personalize service via over telephone or digital platforms such as live chat to users
  • Provide excellent service to users to meet total customer satisfactions


Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Experience to provide IT support via telephone or digital platforms to users
  • Offer excellent service and support to end-users
  • Willing to work under shift duty (1 week of 3 days for 12-hour/shift; and 3 week of 9:00am – 6:00pm)
  • Candidates with few experience will be considered as Junior Engineer
