Job Description

•       Monitor system health status for all VPC related component.

•       Execute simple pre-determined action to expected system situation.

•       Support after office hours simple CR request.

•       Generate simple health check and system performance reports.

•       Escalation of problem to level 2 support.

•       Willing to work in 24/7 Support ( Night Shift is a part of work)



Job Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor Holder
