Job Description

  • Daily monitoring of system health attend to any monitoring alerts
  • Daily Incident tickets handling (End user users)
  • Daily fulfillment of Service Requests from users
  • Provide guidance to end users on phone usage / features / configurations
  • Assist troubleshooting and analysis of any major issues (as directed by L3 SME)
  • Support for any voice projects and initiatives
  • Documentation of relevant issues and processes for future reference

Job Requirements


  • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in IT areas or Computer Science
  • Minimum 1 year of experience administering some or all of the following platforms:
    • Avaya PBX and/or
    • Cisco Callmanager and/or
    • Nice perform or Nice Engage
  • Must communicate well in English
  • Cisco callmanager or Avaya CM certifications preferred
  • Willing to be assigned to work shifts (morning shift or afternoon shift only)
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Passion to interact with and support End Users
